The learned counsel for the applicants submits that writ petition was filed challenging the impugned order in the present AO. Later on it was noticed that AO would lie and accordingly, writ petition is withdrawn with liberty to file present AO. The learned counsel submits that in that process, delay of 53 days has occurred. In view of the reasons stated in the Civil Application No. 17076/2022 filed for delay condonation, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of. 2.
