Mr. Karad, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.2 is served by private notice and service affidavit is also filed on record.

The limited prayer made in this petition is to the effect that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of Mr.Abdul Kalim Abdul Alim Qureshi as Shikshan Sevak (Exh.B) is not yet decided.

In case the aforesaid proposal (Exh.B) is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within four months.
