The Proposal dated 21.08.2023 seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner dated 01.12.2007, is pending before Respondent No.3- Education Officer (Primary), Z.P. Parbhani 2.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.3 submits that a proper verification of the proposal would be carried out and by following the due process of law, the said proposal would be considered strictly in accordance with the Rules and Regulations, applicable. The Petitioner is satisfied with such statement.

Let Respondent No.3 deal with the said proposal strictly in accordance with the law and policies applicable and take a decision within 60 days from today.
