By way of present application, the applicant prays for bringing legal heir on record as well as condonation of 169 days, caused in filing the application.

The reason stated in the application for delay is of the communication gap and the submission is the delay is for bona fide reasons. The necessary

14214.18ca (2) documents are also placed on record to submit that the applicant is the legal heir of the petitioner, who is expired during the pendency of the petition. The entries are also effected in view of will deed and to that effect, the documents are placed on record at page 18 of the application. 3.
