We have heard the learned Advocate for the applicant and the learned Advocate for the original writ petitioners.

It appears that the allegations are made against the petitioners in the writ petition. Relief is also sought seeking directions to decide the representations directing enquiry against the present applicant.

In light of that, present applicant would be a proper party.

In the view of above, the civil application is allowed. The original writ petitioners shall add the present applicant as party respondent. The civil application stands disposed of.
