243.16mca (2) Division, Beed, of which transfer is sought at Family Court, Aurangabad.

In my opinion, though transfer is seriously opposed by learned Counsel for the respondent, in view of the fact that the applicant is having custody of minor child, she is serving at Aurangabad, it will be appropriate to order transfer as prayed. There is one more ground for granting transfer i.e. respondent herein though has initiated proceedings at Beed is admittedly serving at Buldhana.
