Though the applicants being the legal representatives of Rangnath Tukaram Ghogare have filed this application for bringing themselves on record, but it appears that they have in fact filed the present appeal since the original claimant Rangnath had already died by that time. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to prosecute the appeal being the legal heirs of deceased Rangnath.
