1] Heard. Perused the contents of the application and judgment in the case of J. K. International Versus State Government of NCT of Delhi & ors. In 2001 Bom. C. R. (Cri.) 845, in our opinion, the prayer of the applicant to give hearing in Criminal Application NO. 6331 of 2016, cannot be acceded to. However, we are inclined to allow the applicant to assist the learned Additional Public Prosecutor during the course of hearing of Criminal Application NO. 6331 of 2016. With the above observations, criminal application stands disposed of.
