This is the matter of reimbursement of fees in respect of 25% students admitted by the petitioner-management under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education At, 2009. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Bangar, learned counsel waives service of notice for the respondent No. 1. Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 2 to 4. Mr. Dheple learned Counsel waives service for respondent No. 5. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to undertake scrutiny of petitioner's proposal independently on its merit and take appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within four (04) weeks from today and if it is found entitled to get reimbursement, shall disburse the amount to it within four (04) weeks thereafter.
