The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant at present suffering from paraplegic on account of the injuries sustained in the accident and the Applicant has incurred huge medical expenses to the tune of Rs.17 lac.
The learned counsel for the Respondent/ Insurer strongly resisted the application on the ground that even though the Tribunal has considered the income of the Applicant from the business, further considered her services to the family members as housewife and added Rs.6,000/- per month with addition of future prospectus. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Applicant/ original Claimant is hereby
*2* 941.ca.15948.16 permitted to withdraw Rs.40 lac out of the amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The Civil Application for withdrawal of amount is, accordingly, disposed of.
