Heard both the sides. Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the tribunal and in view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-insurer. The applicant original claimants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 15 Lakhs on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). The applicant original claimants are permitted to withdraw aforesaid amount since the insurer has preferred the appeal to the extent of quantum alone. Civil application is accordingly disposed of. 2.

The learned counsel seeks time to take steps against unserved respondent no. 5. Time granted.
