Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

The application is partly allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50 per cent of the deposited amount with the interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking that if any adverse order is passed, applicant will redeposit the amount so withdrawn by her within four months of passing such order. Balance 50 per cent of the amount be invested in a Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized Bank initially for a period of two years and if so required, till disposal of the appeal. 3.

Civil Application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of. By consent, the matter is listed for final disposal at admission stage on 10th of July, 2017.
