The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the complaints were filed by the petitioner to the Tahsildar, Ausa and the District Collector, Latur, no cognizance of the complaints is taken by the said authorities.

In the circumstances, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Divisional Commissioner, for redressal of the grievance. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above liberty.
