When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to our notice that the parties have settled the dispute amicably. The terms of settlement are also filed on record. The report of the learned Registrar indicates that the terms of compromise are verified by the parties. In view of the fact that the parties have settled the dispute amongst themselves, the offense registered under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 506 of IPC in Crime No.I-23 of 2013 registered with Begumpura Police Station, is quashed and set aside. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
