The applicants are seeking setting aside order dated 18/10/2022, whereby the order in civil application for condoning the delay was recalled for want of non-removal of offce objections. The learned counsel for the applicants now undertakes to remove all the offce objections within two weeks. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B, C and D and disposed of accordingly.
