This is an application for recalling conditional order passed by this Court on 03.07.2015 dismissing the petition for want of prosecution i.e. failure of the petitioner to remove office objections.

Considering contentions raised in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. Conditional order passed by this Court on 03.07.2015 is recalled and petition is restored to its original number. Petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of six weeks from today. In the event of failure, order passed in the instant civil application shall be deemed to have been revoked.
