Applicants are seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.22,53,687/- deposited by the Respondent/Acquiring body. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, I deem it appropriate to permit the applicants to receive 75% of the amount on certain conditions.

Civil application is partly allowed.

Applicants shall receive 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and additional 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the
