ORDER:

The petitioner seeks benefit of 6th Pay Commission. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, even Zilla Parishad has passed Resolution on 03.12.2013 stating that from 01.10.2013, the benefits of 6th Pay Commission would be made applicable to its employees.

We have considered the respective submissions of the parties in Writ Petition No. 7462 of 2013 filed by similarly situated employees and under order dt. 21.07.2014, we have disposed of the said writ petition. We follow the same course.

In the light of above, the respondent no. 2 shall make payment to the petitioners as per the 6th Pay Commission from 01.10.2013. The endeavor should be made to disburse the arrears expeditiously and payment as per the 6th Pay Commission shall be made regularly to the petitioners. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
