Date : 13th October, 2025 PER COURT :- 1.

On 03.10.2025, this Court passed the order as under : "1. In order to comply the order dated 25.04.2025 of this Court in relation to deposit of 50% amount of arrears towards maintenance, time is extended by 10.10.2025, as a last chance, failing which, the application shall stands dismissed without further reference to the Court.

When confronted with the above order, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that the applicant is unable to deposit even the 50% amount as directed.

In view of the continued non-compliance with the order of this Court, although sufficient opportunity was granted to the applicant, no further consideration is warranted. Resultantly, this application stands dismissed.
