This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the District Supply Officer, Ahmednagar, to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today; and it is accordingly directed.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. It would be open for the petitioner to contend that as per new system introduced, petitioner is not supposed to store stock of kerosene and same is required to be distributed directly. It shall be considered as to whether condition imposed is in ignorance of policy framed by the State Government, as stated above.
