The Petitioner claims that he is eligible for the post of Extension Officer (Education). The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that his eligibility would be considered by looking at the seniority list. He was already demoted by an order dated 27.06.2014, which he has not challenged. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. If at all the Petitioner is eligible for the post of Extension Officer
