The present petition arises out of dispute pertaining to mutation entries. It is undisputed that a suit for partition and separate possession between the family members of petitioners are respondent nos.6 to 10 is pending. The properties which form subject matter of the present petition are also subject matter of the said Civil Suit. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of by directing that mutation entries will be recorded in accordance with the adjudication of the said Civil Suit. The authorities are directed to record number of the civil suit and names of parties in the other rights column of the 7/12 extract.
