The petition is filed seeking permission to terminate the pregnancy. The petitioner was referred to the expert committee constituted by the Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad. The petitioner is examined by the expert committee. The expert committee has submitted the report.

Under order dated 18.11.2019 we have reproduced the report of the expert committee and pass the following order- "4. The learned A.G.P. shall take instructions from the expert committee as to whether there would be a physical deformity,if the child is born and the extent

2 wp 13743.19 of the deformity. Whether any corrective measure, such as surgery would be required.

Stand over to 20.11.2019."

Considering the anomalies suggested, we had asked the learned A.G.P. to take instructions from the expert committee as to whether there would be any physical deformity if the child is born and the extent of the deformity.

The learned doctors of the expert committee namely Dr. Ajay Vare and Dr. Amol Joshi are present in the Court. In their opinion the child may or may not have any deformity and the same may be corrected. Even if there is some deformity it would be compatible with life.

In the light of above, the request made by the petitioner cannot be acceded to.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
