The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners had filed application under section 28 - A of the Land Acquisition Act on 09.02.2015, the same is pending and not yet decided. 2.

The learned Addl.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that in case, the application is pending, the authority will decide it in accordance with law.

In case, the application filed by the petitioner under section 28- A is pending, then the Respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously after hearing all parties concerned, preferably within nine (09) months.
