Learned APP is submitting the affidavit in reply of respondent No.1, who after tendring unconditional apology has submitted the papers of further investigation and undertaken that the subsequent statements would be made part of charge-sheet by adopting due procedure. Learned advocate for the applicants has objection for the same but this will not be the stage where this Court can go in view of Section 173(8) of Criminal Procedure Code.
