The petitioner alleges that without undertaking any acquisition proceeding, road has been laid through his land. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has been approaching the respondent- Tahsildar with several representations raising the issue but he has not been responding. He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the respondent- Tahsildar is directed to take appropriate decision on his representations. 2.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent - Tahsildar to take appropriate decision on the petitioner' s representations dated 02.11.2020, 21.07.2022, 23.08.2022, 28.10.2022 and 22.11.2022, as expeditiously as possible.
