ORDER :

Civil Application is filed for direction and for amendment to make correction in the name of original claimant. It is contended that the name is 'Chudaji Raibhan Lokhande' in place of 'Chandoji Raibhan Lokhande'. Copy of identity card issued by Election Commissioner is produced on the record, which shows that the name is 'Chudaji Raibhan Lokhande'. In LAR name was mentioned as 'Chandoji' so it needs to be corrected as 'Chudaji' as per the contentions made in the application.

So permission is granted to correct the name and direction is given to the Reference Court to make correction in original record. Amendment is to be carried out in Reference accordingly and then the correction is to be made in the
