Criminal Application No. 6659 of 2016 is filed for restoration of Criminal Application No. 6017 of 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for applicants submits that due to inadvertence the applicant could not take steps to serve respondent No. 2 on or before 25-11-2016, therefore, he prays that time to serve respondent No. 2 may be extended by further three weeks. He submits that applicant will take appropriate steps to serve respondent No. 2, in case, time is extended.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B and C" and stands disposed of. The criminal application No. 6017 of 2016 is restored to its original file. Time to
