The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is approved. The name of petitioner is not included in the school porter for payment of honorarium/salary. 2.

The recommendation is also made by the Divisional Director of Education, Nashik way back in April, 2017, but the amount is not paid to the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. states that proposal is already pending with the Director of Education and the decision would be taken within two months.

In case, the name of the petitioner is not included in the school porter, till that time, salary bills be accepted off line as per law and same would be processed by Education Officer and decision with regard to the payment be taken immediately and digital payment be made.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
