Present petition has been filed for directing respondent No.2 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner which is pending since 11th October 2024, to be decided within a stipulated period. 2.

Learned APP places on record written communication to him by respondent No.2, which is taken and marked at Exhibit-A, wherein it is stated that he would decide the appeal within six weeks.

Taking into consideration the subject involved, we are of

cwp-1966.24 the opinion that four weeks time would be sufficient and therefore, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today.
