In this petition, the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge dated 30.11.2022 in Crime No.119/2021 registered with Gangapur Police Station is under challenge. By the impugned order, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gangapur passed an order rejecting 'C' Summary Report filed by the Investigating Officer and directed him to conduct further investigation with liberty that he may place the papers before the Competent Authority for sanction and may file final report.

It is submitted that pursuant to the order now even further investigation is carried and again police has prepared 'C' Summary Report and the same is filed in the Court on 20.04.2023 as per the information of the learned APP. In view of the same, this petition has become infructuous and hence it is disposed off. 3.
