Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petition was filed when the show-cause notice for suspension was given, however, by the passage of time, now the petitioner has been dismissed. Under such circumstance, he wants to challenge the dismissal order and, therefore, he seeks withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file afresh.
