In view of availability of alternate remedy for redressal of the grievance raised by the petitioner, the instant petition need not be entertained.

It is informed that the e-auction of the property is prescribed tomorrow. The learned counsel for the respondents/Bank, on instructions, states that the respondents/Bank would complete the auction process, however, the sale will not be finalized upto 26th December, 2016 and the higher bidder would be informed accordingly. It would be open for the petitioner, in the meanwhile, to approach the appropriate forum and seek
