It appears that though the application was on board and various orders have been passed, no stay was granted uptill now. Since the appeal is admitted today, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause "B", subject to deposit of entire decretal amount, except the interest under Section 34 of the Land

(Order) (2) C.A. No. 06905 of 2017 Acquisition Act, 1894, in this Court, within a period of twelve weeks from today. In case, the deposit is not made within the stipulated period, it shall be treated that there is no stay and the said deadline will not be extended on any count.

The civil application is disposed of in the above terms.
