Ms Patil, learned Advocate holding for Advocate Mr Salunke for the petitioners submits that, the proceedings before the lower Court has been disposed of. She tenders copy of the order dated 23/09/2021, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Beed in RCC No.233/2017, wherein the complaint before the said Court is disposed of and all the accused are discharged. The said copy of the order dated 23/09/2021 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and the same has become infructuous. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
