Heard the learned counsel on application for condonation of delay. Learned counsel appearing for respondents/original claimants strongly resisted the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, application for condonation of delay is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Delay condonation application stands disposed of. 3.

In Stay application no. 16138/2015, this Court by order dated 11.12.2015 passed in Civil Application No.16138/2015 granted stay on condition that the applicant

CA 13137.2015+.odt should deposit the entire amount under the award in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from the date of order. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, matter is under consideration and the applicant/Corporation would deposit the amount within four weeks from today. 4.

In view of this, time to deposit the amount is extended by four weeks from today, as directed by this Court by order dated 11.12.2015.
