In Civil Application No.13229 of 2023, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that the name of applicant no.3 - Vaishali Kailas Lande is wrongly typed as Vaishali Vishwanath Lande. The name be rectified as Vaishali Kailas Lande. The learned counsel submits that before the tribunal the name was recorded as Vaishali Kailas Lande, however, inadvertently, the name in the first appeal is recorded as Vaishali Vishwanath Lande. In view of the same, he seeks correction as Vaishali Kailas Lande as appeared before the tribunal.

In view of the same, the learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to rectify the name as Vaishali Kailas Lande. On rectification of the name, the office to act upon the earlier orders of this court dated 18.07.2023. The Civil Application No.13229 of 2023 stands disposed of.

Civil Application No.16937 of 2022 is filed for condonation of delay of 13 days in filing the first appeal. For the reasons mentioned in the civil application, the delay is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of.
