This application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in appeal by the respondent- MSRTC in this Court. The applicant relies on an order passed by this Court dated 23.06.2023 in Civil Application No. 7642 of 2023. The application is vehemently opposed by the learned Advocate for the respondent. However, considering that already one order is passed, in Civil Application arising out of the same accident, hence following order :- i) The application is partly allowed.

ii) The amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest be disbursed to the claimants as per the award passed by the Tribunal.
