The petition can be disposed of in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions of the respondent, that she will withdraw the Complaint (ULP) No. 21 of 2022 pending before the Industrial Court Dhule within a period of two (02) weeks from today.

The petition arises out of the order dated 16th September, 2022 passed by the Industrial Court, Dhule, whereby the application for condonation of delay came to be allowed. The Complaint (ULP) No. 21 of 2022 was filed by the respondent seeking to set aside an order of reappointment dated 20.06.2015 and a consequential prayer of continuity of service since the year 2005.

Considering the statement which is made by the learned counsel for the respondent, nothing further survives for consideration.
