An online application for seeking the Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe certificate in Format-C, has been made by the Petitioner on 30.05.2023. The same is pending. The earlier certificate has already been confiscated by the Committee. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No.4 to issue a Format-C certificate to the Petitioner, on or before 05.12.2023.

The Petitioner would collect the certified copy of the earlier certificate from the Competent Committee and tender the same to the Respondent No.4 in order to facilitate issuance of the Format-C certificate on or before 05.12.2023. 4.

The Petitioner would submit the Format-C certificate before the Committee within fifteen days of receiving the same and shall cooperate with the Committee for an expeditious decision. He would refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable grounds, lest, the Committee would be justified in progressing to the next stages in the said proceedings.

The Petitioner submits that he is likely to be terminated in view of the notice dated 13.08.2022. He is willing to tender an affidavit undertaking to the employer as well as in this Court, declaring that he would not claim any further salary benefits/increments/promotion/service benefits, etc., until the decision by the Committee.

The affidavit shall be tendered in this Court and a copy to the employer be served, on or before 30.11.2023.

We, therefore, direct the Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner on or before 31.10.2024, until then the Petitioner's services would not be terminated or till the decision of the Committee, whichever is earlier.
