Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Although the application, purportedly, seeks direction to the Registrar, looking at the events as they have occurred, in fact, the tacit request underlying appears to be for extension of the period for making payment pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 9th February, 2016. Learned Counsel states that the writ of the order has been issued by this Court on 7th March, 2016 and, subsequently, the payment was made which was, a bit, delayed. 3.

Having regard to the aforesaid, it would be expedient that the period occurring under the order dated 9th February, 2016 shall be deemed to have been extended upto 21st April, 2016, on agp/-
