By way of this petition, the petitioner, who is an under-trial prisoner, has approached this Court as his application for bail (Exh.4) in Sessions Case No.76 of 2023 is not being decided by learned Sessions Judge, Nanded.

We are at pains to note that the application, despite filed on 06.05.2023, has not been decided till now by the Sessions Court. 4.

It is informed that the arguments in the bail application are already over and the matter is posted on 02.11.2023 before the

25-sr.922 Sessions Court. In view of the same, learned Judge shall decide the application on 02.11.2023.

With this direction, the petition stands disposed of.
