Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that since respondent No.5 has not joined, the petitioners are not pressing for prayer clause 'B' and would contended that the direction is to be issued in the light of prayer clause 'C' to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the proposals for grant of approval to the appointments made by it.

In case the proposals dated 30.09.2022 (Exhibit-I) collectively are not decided yet, the respondents to take appropriate decision on the proposals in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six weeks.

4.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
