Grievance of the petitioners is, though application under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short "Act of 1894") is filed in December, 2011, the same is not yet decided. 3.

In case, the application filed by the petitioners under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is still pending then concerned authority shall decide the same on its merits in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible.
