Present application has been filed for condoning the delay of 56 days in filing Civil Application for restoration of RAST No.14196 of 2019 and the order passed by learned Registrar dated 11.09.2019. Heard both sides.

Though the learned Advocate Mr. G.V. Mohekar for respondent No.1 is strongly opposing the application, taking into consideration the

CA_14514_2019 duration of the delay and the reasons mentioned in para No.4 and 7, as the Clerk of the Advocate is accepting his mistake, the delay stands condoned and the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and "C". Present applicants are directed to remove the office objections within a period of one week from today. If the office objections are removed, office to register the review petition and place it for further consideration before this Court on 23.03.2021.

If the applicants again failed to remove those office objections, then the matter would stand dismiss automatically, without further reference to this Court.
