The Applicant prays for condonation of delay of 20 days in filing this application for restoration of the Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non removal of office objections on 26.09.2017. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. The delay of 20 days is condoned subject to the payment of costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand), which the Applicant shall deposit with the Advocates Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad on or before 12.01.2018.

The Applicant shall remove all office objections on or before 12.01.2018 and subject to compliance of both these directions, the Writ Petition shall be restored at the stage at which it was dismissed for non

If the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and the order dated 26.09.2017 shall be restored with effect from 15.01.2018.

After restoration, list the Writ Petition for admission on 22.01.2018.
