We are not inclined to interfere in the present matter. The show cause notice is issued to the petitioners. According to the petitioners, 50% of the members would be seven. The respondents are claiming that 50% of the members should be nine. The same is illegal. 2.

The learned counsel in alternate submits that protection of fifteen (15) days in case adverse order is passed be granted . 3.

Only show cause notice is issued to the petitioners. The petitioners may file a reply to the show cause notice. Naturally, the respondents are required to consider the reply given by the petitioners
