PER COURT :

Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The order dated 6/12/19, delineates the controversy in the present matter, and the law in this regard, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent sole. In light of which the proceedings pending before the Family Court at Nashik bearing HMP NO. A-124 of 2019, are hereby transferred to the Family Court at Aurangabad. 2.

The parties undertake to appear before the Family Court at Aurangabad on 17/08/2021, before which, the Family Court Nashik is requested to transmit the record and proceedings to the Family Court, Aurangabad.

Since Ms. S. M. Zaware, learned counsel for the non-applicant

932 mca 263-19.odt submits that there is a possibility of settlement between the parties, the learned Family Court, Aurangabad shall send the matter to the mediator, Auraangabad, who shall enter upon mediation and submit his report within one month from the date the parties appear before him. Depending upon the report of the mediator, the learned Family Court, Aurangabad shall direct the further course which needs to be taken. Application is accordingly disposed of.

The Family Court, Nashik, to act upon a net-downloaded copy of this order, which shall be placed by the applicant before the Family Court at Nashik, on 2nd August, 2021.
