The appeal was dismissed in default for non removal of office objections as per order dated 24.07.22024 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Considering the averments in the application, a case is made out to set aside the impugned order by condoning the delay. Hence, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', 'C', 'D' and 'E'. However, non removal of office objections within a period of four weeks from today, would result in dismissal of appeal and order of learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 24.07.2024 shall govern the proceeding.
