The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed as an Assistant Teacher with the respondent institution on compassionate ground. The Head Master has forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher on the compassionate ground. The same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondents No. 1, 2 and 4.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit 'G') is pending with the respondent No. 4, then the respondent No. 4 shall take decision upon the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within six (6) months from today.
